Educational modelMain features of education:
Emphasis on the family - Educating children is the right and responsibility of parents. Schools should support parents in education of their children. Thus, a school which parents choose for their children should be complementary to family, and should never replace family. If family and school are well balanced and harmonious in choosing the aims and values, the foundation for quality education is laid.
Personal approach - Education should be adjusted to each child’s individuality. Personalised education provides the best environment for development of one’s capacity, habits and attitudes, thinking skills, making free and responsible decisions. It also provides the environment for developing and growing in virtues.
Mentoring - Since the main principle which inspires pedagogy is “personalized education”, the mentoring concept is crucial for all elements of developing one’s character and personality, and it is an opportunity to adjust the education to each individual student. This concept enables every student to be given a chance to use her/his own talents and strengths, empowers her/ his spirit of serving others, develops love and respect for others, and develops all her/his intellectual and human resources. A mentor is a support, friend and help for a child as well as for a parent. School is thus a reflection of a family in which each child is unique and is treated according to her/his needs.
Separate schools for boys and girls - Differences in developmental phases of boys and girls, both physical and psychological, psychological and affective features of both sexes, as well as the need to empower sexual identity in developmental age are some of the motivational factors which have recently led to renewed suggestions and enlarged number of pedagogical model s of homogenous classes in culturally different areas .Such educational model enables educators to treat each sex with full respect regarding its specific qualities and it makes adjustment of education to different leaning styles of boys and girls easier. The results of these processes are remarkable academic successes.
Holistic education - Our schools offer complete formation for children, which would make them proper, honourable and responsible individuals. Our model also requires specific training for teachers, as well as education of parents, which would enable them to support their children in maturing and growing up in virtues such as fairness, honesty, self control, gratefulness , joy, unselfishness, diligence, modesty and respect.
Contribution to society - Education founded in Christian values teaches a person to live for others, to give him/herself to others selflessly, but also to question oneself continually and to improve, and thus make oneself beneficial to the society as a whole. Our institute, as well as schools and kindergartens we plan are open to children and parents of all confessions and it guarantees full respect of personal beliefs.
